Application Options

First of all, thank you for your interest in renting from RPW Properties.

To be as flexible as possible for our potential tenants, we offer several secure and easy ways to apply:

(Any of the following work for us, you choose what works best for you.)

1) Fill out the online application below. (comes straight to our email and no where else)

2) Download and print an application at the bottom of this page. Then scan and email it, or drop it in the mail, or drop it in our drop box outside our office at 520 Davis St.

3) Pick up a paper copy in the top of our drop box located in front of our office at 520 Davis St. (Please only take one) Complete the application and drop it in the bottom of the drop box (open the door and drop it in).

Online Application

By providing your personal and financial information, you acknowledge that we will treat it as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of reviewing and validating qualifications for tenancy. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

By providing this information and submitting this application you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. The applicant hereby states that the application has been filled out completely and that all answers are true.
2. The applicant hereby gives owner permission to contact employers, references, banks and former and present landlords.
3. Applicants hereby authorized landlord or landlords agents to verify any former landlord's or landlord's agents the applicants occupancy and record of payment and reason for moving. Applicant realizes that unsatisfied debts with former landlords or information regarding applicants lifestyle, cleanliness or habits may result in denying application.
4. Landlord is not liable to the Applicant, his or her heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns for any damages of any kind, actual or consequential by reason of the verification by the landlord of the information provided by the Applicant, and applicant hereby releases the Landlord, his agent, employees and representatives from any and all actions, causes of action of any kind or nature that may arise by virtue of the execution or implementation of the agreement provided herein.
